In order to be able to offer the most competitive terms for household goods shipment destined for final delivery throughout the UK, we request that you consign shipments to the following preferred ports of entry:

Oceanfreight:

FCL and origin agent consolidations: Southampton, Felixstowe or London Gateway
LCL: London
Vehicles shipped on their own: Southampton

Airfreight: London Heathrow

Please note that all Ocean Bill of Lading and Airwaybills for shipments to the UK are to be consigned to DSI Destination Services International Ltd as indicated above.

DOCUMENT DESPATCH:

Full set of documents covering each household move is to be sent to DSI at the address given above, along with detailed instructions for delivery of each shipment.

DESTINATION DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

Delivery Instructions should in particular include information on the charges liability of the owner for Port THC / CFS handling charges, Airline Handling charges, and Port/Airport storage charges.

SERVICE RANGE

Full destination services of household goods shipments, arriving by air or ocean freight — Full destination services include the customs clearance, delivery by removal professionals, unpacking, placing of items, and removal of debris.
Delivery of baggage shipments arriving by airfreight, which do not require full destination services.
Handling of multi-shipment consolidations, including de-vanning of the container at our secured warehouse facilities in the London area and final delivery of each shipment in accordance with origin agent instructions — Shipments included in such multi-shipment containers can include household shipments for final delivery in countries of the European Union
Intermediate loose pack or lift van storage — Total of 60’000 sq. ft secured facility in the London area. Customs bonded facility available in Southampton
Vehicle clearance and final delivery to the owner

BAGGAGE SHIPMENTS

Special rates apply for delivery to door without unpacking and removal of debris
